Tolne Camping processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years old. We therefore recommend that parents are involved in their children's online activities to prevent data being collected about them without parental authorisation. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@tolnecamping.dk and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

Tolne Camping processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Sending our newsletter and/or promotional folder
- Collecting statistics on the number of camping guests (for Statistics Denmark)

Automated decision-making

Tolne Camping does not make decisions on matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals on the basis of automated processing. These are decisions that are made by computer programmes or systems without the involvement of a human being.

How long we store personal data
Tolne Camping will not retain your personal information for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your information was collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

- Name + address
2 years for statistical purposes and 5 years for the purpose of making the interested party aware of new articles.
To be able to draw attention to new articles. (Provided that the campsite guest in question unsubscribes earlier).

Sharing of personal data with third parties
Tolne Camping does not sell your information to third parties and only provides it if it is necessary to fulfil our agreement with you or to fulfil a legal obligation. We have entered into an agreement with the companies that process your data to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Tolne Camping remains responsible for these processes.

Tolne Camping only uses technical and functional cookies. And analytical cookies that do not violate your privacy. To ensure that the access request is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. On this copy, please write your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
