Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children in order to prevent data being collected on children without parental permission. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data on a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@tolnecamping.dk and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

Tolne Camping processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Sending our newsletter and/or advertising folder
- Collecting statistics on the number of camping guests (for Danmark Statistik)

Automated decision making

Tolne Camping does not make decisions about matters that can have (significant) consequences for people, based on automated processing. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without a human being being involved.

How long we keep personal data
Tolne Camping does not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realise the goals for which your data are collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

- Name + address                       
2 years for the use of statistics and 5 years for the use to alert the interested party to new articles.
To be able to draw attention to new articles. (Provided that the camping guest in question signs out sooner).

Sharing personal data with third parties
Tolne Camping does not sell your data to third parties and only provides them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation. To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, please make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
